Our welcome weeks are week long sessions where campers get a taste of what Dreamwood is all about.
The four welcome weeks offered this summer are:
1A - July 4th - July 9th, 2027
1B - July 11th - July 16th, 2027
1C - August 1st - August 6th, 2027
1D - August 8th - August 13th, 2027
Back 2 Back
These sessions are perfect for campers who are ready to experience a longer time at Dreamwood and an awesome changeover weekend with unique activities.
The two back 2 back sessions offered this summer are:
2A - July 18th - July 30th, 2027
2B - August 15th - August 27th, 2027
Triple Threat
We are super excited about our triple threat weeks where campers will get the chance to experience two changeover weekends at camp with new programming.

3A - July 11th - July 30th, 2027
3B - August 8th -August 27th, 2027
TEEN WEEK
Monday August 30th - Friday September 3rd, 2027
EXCLUSIVE WEEK FOR AGES 14 - 17 YEARS OLD
COST: $1,000.00
REGISTERED FOR ANOTHER WEEK OF DREAMWOOD: $900.00
CIT PROGRAM
3A - July 11th - July 30th, 2027
3B - August 8th - August 27th, 2027
COST: $4,000 which includes all food, lodging, teacher, program fees and the cost of the credit through AVRO academy.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS & SIBLING DISCOUNTS
We know summer camp can be pricey for families, especially those with multiple campers. We offer sibling discounts of that will be applied to regular rates only. Discounts cannot be stacked. We also offer flexible payment plan options.
If you sign-up your camper for two weeks and start your payments in September you will pay $278 per month after the $400 deposit is made.
COACH BUS SERVICE
The bus ride to camp is an extremely important part of the camp experience. It gives campers a chance to meet new friends and begin the bonding experience. Staff members ride on the buses with campers from both stops.
If your child is coming to camp for the first time we will make sure to buddy them up with a cabin made so by the time they arrive at camp they have already made a friend.
Our coach bus service is available from both Scarborough & Pickering.
Cost: $80 each way

Prices include all programming, lodging in our amazing cabins, delicious meals & snacks, laundry for three week campers and others when needed, tie dye t-shirt, colour war t-shirt and much more

Fees are to be paid by email money transfer to payments@campdreamwood.ca, credit card (processing fee applies) or cash or cheque

Options to "Pay In Full", "3 Instalments" or "Monthly Payments".

$200 non refundable deposit per camper, per week is due at the time of registration

CANCELLATION POLICY
Final payment for camp fees is due in full before April 1, 2027.
A $200 registration deposit per camper, per week is required to reserve a spot. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable at all times.

Cancellations made before March 1, 2027: The $200 registration deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations made on or after March 1, 2027: Fifty percent (50%) of the total program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made after April 1, 2027: One hundred percent (100%) of the program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a medical certificate accompanies the cancellation request.
If a valid medical certificate is provided, you will receive a non-expiring camp credit for the amount paid, less the non-refundable $200 registration deposit.
Please note that there are no refunds or fee adjustments for campers who arrive late, leave early, or miss any portion of their session.
This policy applies to cancellations resulting from other commitments or opportunities, including but not limited to sports tournaments, tryouts, travel, travel restrictions, family vacations, or summer school.
Registration deposits and camp fees may not be transferred to another camper or another session under any circumstances.
