Our welcome weeks are week long sessions where campers get a taste of what Dreamwood is all about.
The four welcome weeks offered this summer are:

Back 2 Back
These sessions are perfect for campers who are ready to experience a longer time at Dreamwood and an awesome changeover weekend with unique activities.
The two back 2 back sessions offered this summer are:

2B - August 10th - August 22nd, 2025
Triple Threat
We are super excited about our triple threat weeks where campers will get the chance to experience two changeover weekends at camp with new programming.

TEEN WEEK
Monday August 25th - Friday August 29th, 2025
EXCLUSIVE WEEK FOR AGES 13 - 17 YEARS OLD
RATE: $1,000.00
REGISTERED FOR ANOTHER WEEK OF DREAMWOOD: $875.00
This teen only week will be counselled by alumni Dreamwood staff and directors and will be an amazing opportunity for teens to connect deeper with each other during a week away. This week will feature a mix of scheduled activities, bonding events, special out trip night and brand new programming specifically for teens!
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS & SIBLING DISCOUNTS
We know summer camp can be pricey for families, especially those with multiple campers. We offer sibling discounts of that will be applied to regular rates only. Discounts cannot be stacked. We also offer flexible payment plan options.
If you sign-up your camper for two weeks and start your payments in September you will pay $225 per month after the $400 deposit is made.
COACH BUS SERVICE
The bus ride to camp is an extremely important part of the camp experience. It gives campers a chance to meet new friends & and begin the bonding experience. Staff members ride on the buses with campers from both stops.
If your child is coming to camp for the first time we will make sure to buddy them up with a cabin made so by the time they arrive at camp they have already made a friend.
Our coach bus service is available from both Scarborough & Pickering.
Cost: $75 each way

Cancellation Policy: Final payment for camp fees is due in full on April 1, 2025*. The two-hundred dollar ($200) registration deposit per camper, per week made prior to April 1, 2025* is nonrefundable and non-transferable at any time. Fifty percent (50%) of the program fees are nonrefundable and non-transferable for cancellations made on or after March 1, 2025*. One hundred percent (100%) of the program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations made after April 1, 2025 unless a medical certificate accompanies the request. If a medical certificate accompanies the request you will be given a credit on our account that does not expire. Please note that there is no adjustment in fees if a guest arrives late or leaves early. This policy includes cancellations as a result of other commitments and opportunities including, but not limited to, sports tournaments, tryouts, travelling, travel restrictions or summer school. Substitution of another guest or transfer of a deposit paid will not be permitted under any circumstances. Payment: I agree to pay all camp fees listed on my account by the agreed upon date. If I do not pay fees on time and set up a reasonable plan I give Camp Dreamwood the right to charge my credit card on file for all outstanding fees. I am responsible to pay all of these fees.
